If you fill in the demo form, we receive your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, and what you wrote. We use it to get back to you about a demo, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not pass it on, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
The chat is our own file, served from this domain. It sends us one thing: the text you type into the chat box, at the moment you press Send. It does not read the rest of the page, and if you never open the chat, it never sends anything.
The chat keeps a short id for the length of your visit, so the assistant can follow the thread of your own questions. It lives in the browser tab and is gone when you close it. It is not a cookie, it does not identify you, and it does not follow you to any other page.
What we keep from a chat: the messages, so we can improve the answers, and so a person can pick up where the assistant stopped. Do not type anything into it that you would not put in a first email to a supplier — it is a sales conversation, not a support channel with access to your systems.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and where people leave. It is the only third-party code on this site, and it is not loaded until you accept it on the banner. Say no, and no request goes to Google at all — not a reduced one, none.
If you accept, Google sets two cookies (_ga and
_ga_…) that recognise a returning browser for up to two
years. What we can see is aggregated: pages, referrers, country, device
type, and whether a demo request was completed. Your IP address is
anonymised, and we do not pass your form details or your chat to Google.

(info@, sales@, service@) taken from
the public register and from your own website. We do not write to named
personal addresses.
One word ends it. Reply and say so, or use the unsubscribe page, and we will not write again — not in this campaign and not in a later one. The address goes on a permanent suppression list, and removing it from there is not something we do.
If you become a customer, the transcripts and recordings are created on your side, through your own phone system. The lawful basis for recording calls is yours; we provide the technology. This is a question for a person, not for an automated answer — write to us and we will put you in touch with one.
